Maybe TripAdvisor needs to open a Relocation Forum for people who want Lists.

I am sort of ok wit those who are serious about coming here to answer a few questions, like chico girl,

but random ';I may want to move to oregon i ignore';, though I may provide useless remark.

I think we have helped 3 or 4 serious lookers and that have made decisions. and they have become good help here.

I am in agreement with all of you, lol!

Chicogirl is a great example. Asked for help, and was serious, and then has continued to help after moving here.

As long as they stay active on the thread, I don%26#39;t mind too much. Those that post a question then never respond are another story.

lol, Den, then you have those who post answers regardless of knowing anything!

It would just be nice if a poster did some of their own research first before coming here and expecting lists to be answered.

Hey, I posted some relocation questions on the Maine board, and got tons of great responses. I had been doing my own research, but the friendly people over there gave me lots more resources to check. Even though we%26#39;re not looking at moving to Maine for a few more years, I really appreciated the help, and found it really valuable. They were quite the friendly and helpful bunch.

Glad you were helped, motherrobyn! Travel boards are a great source of info for the re-location process. Happy travel planning! :)

As Mtngrl said, you%26#39;re not alone chinookgrrrrl. Many thought McCall was pretty wacky, but as it turns out, his vision has become reality.
