Good morning from Nob Hill!

Hey, kids. We%26#39;re in Portland and having a wonderful time. Aside from getting some soggy feet yesterday, everything has been perfect.

We%26#39;re heading to the Saturday Market in a little while and I was hoping someone could recommend a good place to have a cheap, greasy breakfast in that area. We%26#39;ll be walking over from the International Hostel on Glisan and 18th, so any place between here and there would be fair game.

Bonus points given for good hashbrowns! Demerits given for bad service and $17 omelettes.

True Greasy spoon would be on Glisan and 12th..the Byways cafe, I think is the name, next to Cha Cha Cha and across the street from Manzanas.

I think they are best for breakfasts.

Thanks Scarlet! I just asked the girlie at the front desk and she recommended the Byways too. Plus, we get a 10% discount for being hostel members. Greasy hashbrowns, here we come!
