When would be the best time for me to see OR? I would be taking a driving trip for relocation purposes. Want to see the most that I can in a week.

Oregon is a large state, so even one week of driving, without stopping to look would be impossible to cover the state. What areas are you thinking of? As far as the best time to come, our summer months are basically July through September. However, it is always good to come during the winter months to see if this is really something you want to do.

Something you may try, I%26#39;ve never done it but it might be doable in a week is this. Head over to the coast and down to the Coos Bay area to get a taste of the coast. Go back up to Reedsport and over to Eugene. Then head up the McKenzie to Bend to see the Cascade and desert areas. Then head north to The Dalles and back to Portland down the Columbia to see some of the gorge. You won%26#39;t get to see anyplace in great detail but will get a pretty good taste of what Oregon has to offer.

As for time of year, anytime will have +%26#39;s and -%26#39;s. Here on the coast we don%26#39;t get ';The 4 seasons'; as bad as other parts of the state. But if your looking to relocate and need a job the coast is far from an occupational haven.
