If you need great shop there, go to Hutch%26#39;s! I rode with their very nice group on vacation (to Smith Rock, a nice destination - they had a wonderful picnic waiting for us), and my shoe snapped half way up. Jeff, the manager, agreed to have it replaced by the shoe manufacturer, and gave me a brand new pair on the spot, even though I had purchased them at home. He said, ';we stand before everything we sell.'; Wow, now that%26#39;s customer service! Thanks, guys.

I agree - the staff at the Galveston shop were great to me recently too (I just had a tune up done there). Reasonable rates and helpful staff. Broad selection of bike goodies!
