Is there nightlife in portland??? part ll

Where is the best place to party the night before the game and after the game!!!

Is there nightlife in portland??? part ll

As you can tell from your initial post, the people up here take there local teams very seriously. As for partying before or after the game, Portland is a city with more great bars in it per capita than probably any other place I%26#39;ve been. It all depends on where you%26#39;ll be staying. Also, what is your definition of ';partying';? Do you plan on just checking out the city and getting some drinks with friends, or are you going to be wearing all of your SC%26#39; gear getting drunk and loud?

As a fellow Trojan (I%26#39;ll be attending the game too) a word of advice. No matter where you choose to celebrate, please always remember to represent SC%26#39; in a positive light. I remember seeing Cal fans or Sun Devil fans, the lowest of the low of Pac-10 fans, drunk, distruptive, and eventually getting their asses kicked and thinking ';hmm, bout%26#39; time'; . I can assure you from reliable sources that OSU fans will get confrontational if you%26#39;re percieved as being disrespecful to their team.

The team will be staying at The Heathman Hotel downtown so I%26#39;m sure their hotel bar will be fan friendly. Otherwise, there are countless great bars downtown and in the Pearl from which to choose.

Fight On!
